Adviser to numerous agronomy graduates, two of which were chosen to compete for “Best Thesis” in the college (2015 & 2017) and further compete to bag the “Best Undergraduate Thesis” in the Regional Symposium on R&D Highlights (2018).  One advisee landed as Top 7 in the Licensure Exam in Agriculture (2017); Member (2014-2018) of the
Technical Working Group dubbed as “Tikag Team” a collaborative project
of IRRI, PhilRICE, PGIN, & MMSU funded by the International Fund for
Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Consortium for Unfavorable Rice
Environments (CURE); Project-in-Charge of SeedNET (MMSU Rice
Seed Production Program); and, Subject Matter Specialist for
agronomic crops by the MMSU’s Extension Directorate.

Attended numerous and varied trainings on inland fish culture, high value commercial crops, corn, and rice production; Resource speaker to various Farmer Field Schools conducted throughout the municipality; Prime-mover of Rice-Fish Culture to inland fisherfolks/farmers; GIS Mapper/Digitizer on the “Comprehensive Land Use Plan” Project; and, Master of Ceremonies during Town Fiestas.

Assume the responsibility of a Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining/improving the course condition.  Overseer the mowing, pesticide application, and fertigation of roughs, tees, fairways, and greens.  Assisted in the finishing touches of Back 9 and closely monitored manpower (40-45 laborers/operators) and various heavy equipment scheduling in different areas of the course.
